
Kenneth joined the Foundation in 2024 to lead the Community Engagement Program for the Chesapeake region. The mission of the program is to address systemic inequities on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Kenneth also serves as a member of Maryland’s Community Justice Worker Committee, part of a joint effort between the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), the Maryland Judiciary, and the Maryland Access to Justice Commission (A2JC) to increase access to legal assistance and advocacy for underserved communities.
Prior to joining the Campbell Foundation, Kenneth developed community grantmaking and investment programs for nonprofits, family foundations, government agencies, and corporations in the U.S. and internationally. This has included work advancing affordable housing, economic opportunity, and health equity with NeighborWorks America, the U.S. Agency for International Development, The Lemelson Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, and Amazon.
Early in his career Kenneth was a Peace Corps volunteer in Bolivia and supported a microloan program for farmers and agribusiness owners. Kenneth is a World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow and has undergraduate degrees in Finance and Policy Studies from Syracuse University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
Kenneth grew up in Delaware and has lived and worked in five states throughout the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. Kenneth enjoys playing the trumpet with the Loudoun Symphonic Winds, traveling, and visiting parks with his wife and their two children.
